A few Oregon APWA outdoor enthusiasts have produced a plan to try something different this year, and we wanted to invite our fellow APWA friends and families to join us. 

This year we have arranged for the First- Ever Summer Camping Trip, and we picked a location that is centrally located to get a good response.  Understanding the summer camping season is just a few months away, we hope you can still find room in your busy summer schedule for a June 24-26, 2022 event.  The camp site is just a few minutes outside of Sweet Home, Oregon. 

Check out the flier, which includes a link to the park.  Foster Lake is a beautiful place, and Sunnyside County Park is located along the lake’s eastern edge.  We hope this first-ever camp trip is a hit, and we have reserved one of the two group sites so there is lots of room for RVs and tents.  We fully expect to engage in lots of ways, including the typical APWA social activities and ways to share our families through outdoor fun and games.
