Award Applications

Award nomination forms will be available on this page this spring for the Oregon Chapter of APWA. A list of available awards along with guidelines are provided below. Nomination forms, in fillable PDF format, will be due no later than August 15th each year. Each individual nomination form indicates to whom the nomination form/packet should be submitted.
