Mission Statement

APWA Oregon Water Resources Committee Members will have the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully manage public works infrastructure and deliver public works services cost effectively. They will be the voice of the public works profession to policy-makers, implementing agencies, and the general public, and public works services delivered by APWA members will be consistent with community expectations for a quality of life in harmony with the need for sustainable development.
